Four New Home Models to Open in Award-Winning Symphony Village.

Prospects Customizing Designs with Solariums, Lofts, Home Offices and More.

Centreville, MD – Homebuyers signing up to be among the first residents in Symphony Village, the new active-adult community east of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, are discovering an array of features that allow them to tailor their homes to their individual tastes.
Oriented around first-floor master suites, the homes can be personalized with lofts, sunrooms, fireplaces, conservatories and expansive space options. Every home includes dual walk-in closets, ample storage space for a home office, entertainment area or pantry and optional "sky basements" over the garage with a full staircase. A double car garage is standard on all models.
"Our buyers have lived all over the world and have experienced many different styles of living," said Jeff Caruso, CEO of Caruso Homes and a principal member of the Symphony Village development team. "We have done our best to offer them a palette of choices so they can put their own imprimatur on their new homes."

All home owners will enjoy light, airy, open floor plans; large baths and showers, 9-foot ceilings, 42" high kitchen cabinets, hardwood foyers, security systems and advanced wiring networks.

Caruso said that even before new buyers visit Symphony Village and pore over the different features and options, they are examining the different models and layouts on the Symphony Village website (www.symphonyvillage.com). Viewers can peruse the four attractive models in the "Composers Collection," and choose from any one of four styles named after such distinguished composers at Johann Sebastian Bach, Richard Strauss and Ludwig Von Beethoven.

On the website, viewers can select from the different composer styles, select "floor plan" and then add and subtract options to customize the home best suited to their tastes and desires. A fireplace can be added, for instance. With another click on options, the fireplace can be added to a sunroom – and a new living space materializes on the floor plan. Easily and quickly, an attractive first-floor living environment is shaped by each new homebuyer.

"We are offering our residents as many features and options as they are used to – and as they are used to hearing about," said Jeff Caruso. "It's no wonder that so many people are ready to buy a new, feature-filled home in our resort-style community."

More than 60 homes were sold in Symphony Village, Caruso said, before the models were even available for viewing. A total of 395 homes will be sold, ranging in price from $250,000 to $400,000.
