Symphony Village has been developed for the Active Adult. Our community association is in place to ensure that Symphony Village thrives as a community and that the residents here have plenty of activities to do AND the time to do it!
Full Time Employees
At Symphony Village, we are dedicated to making sure that the community is properly managed. Two full time management staff are on duty to handle everything from helping coordinating bus trips to St. Michaels to coordinating the lawn cutting schedule for your yard.
Lifestyle Planning
Through various committees and with the help of the full time staff, there is a constant buzz of activities at Symphony Village at Centreville. If an active lifestyle is what you are looking for, then we have what you are looking for. Whether it is sporting activities, games, dancing, day trips, seminars or happy hours our community has it. We have a great group of residents and staff that organize a full calendar of events. Stop by and check it out for yourself!
Lawn Maintenance
Get rid of that lawnmower, sit back and relax. The Community Association at Symphony Village will take care of your lawn. Part of your home owner association dues covers lawn cutting, edging and chemical applications necessary for a healthy lawn for you and for your neighbors.
Snow Removal
There is nothing more beautiful than a fresh coat of snow over the ground...until you need to shovel! Here at Symphony Village, our community association staff coordinates snow removal on all sidewalks, driveways and leadwalks. Whether it is four inches or two feet, snow removal is included in your association dues.
Irrigation
Symphony Village at Centreville has built and maintains a community wide irrigation system that will keep your lawn looking fresh and clean through the entire season.
