Customization  
 
One of the things that makes the 7 all-new home designs at Symphony Village so special is that they have been created to allow you the maximum latitude and potential in personalizing them to fit your lifestyle. With pricing created to be the best active adult value available, you will be able to afford to make all the changes you want. Add a basement or loft. Opt for a sunroom, solarium or conservatory, or all three! Personalize any of our floorplans online, then print them out and show us the home you want expressly for yourself.
   
Personal Builder   
 
Imagine the satisfaction of having your own Personal Builder direct the construction of your new home. It's a special privilege that's available for every new homeowner at Symphony Village. After you select your options and sign your contract, your Personal Builder will review all your selections with you before construction begins. It's confidence inspiring to know that your Personal Builder is directing your entire “build team,” and that any questions you have will be dealt with on a one-to-one basis as your home is being built.
   
Quality Assurance   
 
Symphony Village systems and procedures assure the quality of your home while it is being built, and that you are kept informed every step along the way.
  • Pre-Construction Meeting: Held with your Personal Builder after contract and before the startup of construction, to confirm all your selections and to give you an opportunity to meet your construction superintendent.
  • Pre-Drywall Inspection: Held with your construction superintendent to confirm the correct placement of electrical outlets, pre-wires and plumbing fixtures, and to see the quality behind the walls.
  • Quality Walk: Held by your “build team” before your pre-settlement inspection, to define any defects or problem areas and endeavor to correct them prior to the pre- settlement inspection.
  • Pre-Settlement Inspection: Held with you before settlement to note any defects or problems, so that they can be resolved before settlement.
  • 4 Month Follow-Up: Written notice to you that your 6 month inspection after purchase is coming up, and that you should begin to make notes on anything that must be dealt with.
  • 6 Month Warranty Inspection: Held with you to review your checklist of problems or defects that are corrected at 6 months.
   
Zero Defects  
 
As a sign of our enduring commitment to the quality of our homes, Symphony Village has instituted a Zero Defects program. First, we endeavor to present your home at your Pre-Settlement inspection free of defects. To accomplish this, we inspect it before your walkthrough, and eliminate any problem areas we encounter. Second, we strive to correct any problem areas found during your pre-settlement inspection prior to your settlement. While we cannot guarantee that there will be no problem areas at the time of settlement, it is our goal to achieve Zero Defects with as many of our new homes as possible.
   
One-Stop Shopping   
 
Because we have built hundreds of luxury single family homes per year in this area, we have established the kind of network of professional associates you would expect from an area homebuilding leader.
